With specific root stock for our terroir, coupled with Sauvignon Blanc in the Fume, rather than New Zealand style clone, this Sauvignon Blanc has been rested on lees to produce a round mouth feel, with a flavor profile that culminates on the pallet with ripe Kiwi, Honeydew melon and Asian Pear. Expressing notes of Pineapple, Guava and Hibiscus on the nose, this Sauvignon Blanc is exceptionally suited to seafood, Asian and Indian spiced cuisine, and is ideal with the Tapestry Lumpia Shanghai.
